This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coach to play a key role in enhancing the student experience through the delivery of high-quality, inclusive coaching sessions.&nbsp;</p><p>Working closely with student club officers and the Sport Development Team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering structured coaching sessions, supporting participants of all abilities, and fostering a positive and developmental club environment.&nbsp;</p><h3>About You</h3><p>You will hold a minimum Level 1 coaching qualification in rowing and have experience working with young adults. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate, engage and develop participants while promoting a safe, inclusive and enjoyable sporting environment.
