            <p data-pasted="true">The University of Chester is seeking to appoint a full-time Disability Support Officer to join our multi award-winning Student Services department under the Disability and Inclusion team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-quality and enthusiastic Disability Service.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You will work directly with disabled students and applicants to ensure they are able to access reasonable adjustments to live and study independently.&nbsp;</p><p>A degree (or equivalent level qualification), experience of working with disabled people and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to work in a demanding environment to meet tight deadlines. A good working knowledge of support for disabled students in Higher Education is essential.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true">The post will be based at our Chester campus, but you will be expected to work flexibly across the University sites with an element of homeworking.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This is an opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team, working within a collaborative Student Services environment committed to delivering excellent support to students.</p>
