SALARY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual who will be involved in the delivery of pre and post registration nurse education as a member of the teaching team.
The post is based at the Warrington Campus or Marriss House in Birkenhead, Wirral although there is some expectation of travel between sites. The Faculty has four education centres, based at Leighton Hospital, near Crewe; Warrington Campus; Birkenhead, and Riverside Campus.
We are looking for a candidate who is a registered adult nurse and who holds a relevant first and higher degree. Advanced practice or critical care qualifications / experience are desirable as is previous experience of teaching and curriculum development in higher education. A job share or secondment will be considered for this post.
You should have or be willing to work towards PGCE and or HEA fellowship. You will have knowledge of current professional and academic requirements of higher education nursing programmes and will contribute to the academic and research development of the Faculty.
