The Faculty of Business and Management is responsible for the administration of a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level at the Chester, Shrewsbury and Warrington campuses and for both domestic and international partners.
The scope and size of the Business School’s portfolio is continuing to grow and to help support this growth, the Faculty is seeking to appoint a Clerical Assistant – Receptionist at the Chester Campus. The post supports all staff and students of the School by providing clerical and secretarial assistance and undertaking reception duties associated within a busy academic department.
You must be educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalent and have experience of working within an administrative or clerical role. This role requires excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, as the post will require regular communication with members of staff, students and visitors. You will be required to work independently and to be the first point of contact for all visitors to the Faculty.
The hours of this post are to be worked Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday.
