Description
As the University forges ahead with its Citizen Student Strategy, we are seeking to appoint a new HR Business Partner in the Human Resources Team to help deliver the ambitions of the HR department and the University.
As a member of our Business Partnering team, you will deliver expert, professional HR advice across a portfolio of Faculties and Departments as well as contributing to wider HR activities, taking an active role in engaging and supporting managers across the University.
You should hold CIPD level 7 qualification with substantial generalist experience within a HR environment. You must also have practical experience of successfully supporting managers through the employee lifecycle including performance management, experience of change management, employment relations and a sound applied knowledge of employment law and equality and diversity. The postholder should have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build relationships, persuade and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
