Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our award-winning Catering Department at Chester.
You will work primarily in kitchen but can also be customer facing with the chefs and kitchen coordinators providing high quality products for students, staff and visitors. The department also provides a high standard of both service and provision for conference, business, and special function’s which occur throughout the year. You will also assist in ensuring the department meets the requirements of the Food Safety Act maintaining high standards which include allergens and food safety.
You should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. NVQ Level 2 is desirable (or equivalent).
